We love to hear from the Plein Air Today community! The following is part of a series that spotlights an artist who loves painting outdoors. Today’s feature is on Sherry Lutz Wooley and the Texas Hill Country Plein Air Painters.
“When it’s 105 degrees outside, we found a way to stay cool while painting,” said Sherry Lutz Wooley. “I sat up a canopy in the Guadalupe River for our Texas Hill Country Plein Air Painters. Some beautiful paintings resulted, with the play of light down on the river.”
