In the latest PleinAir Podcast, Eric Rhoads interviews Richard Lindenberg, who explains that being a professional artist isn’t something he’d recommend for everyone. For him, it’s something that feeds the soul more than it is an intentional method of making a living.
Lindenberg shares how the experiences of owning a business has shaped him: “We’re all a product of our history,” he says.
He didn’t begin painting until he was 50 years old, but now finds great joy in the practice and the community. Lindenberg is the former product manager of a major art supply company and also has a background in photography.
